We all want lashes that make a high impact statement. Like, how did she get lashes like that? Or even better, I WANT lashes like that!
While I may have decent lashes, something I’ve noticed as I’ve gotten older is that my lashes are getting lighter in color. I have no idea why this is…and if you know, please enlighten me. So it is an absolute must-have, whether I have on a full face of makeup or not, mascara MUST be worn.
Enter Clinique High Impact Waterproof Mascara ($16). I’m not typically one to wear waterproof mascara, however winter weather in the Poconos can wipe out your mascara quick, fast and in a hurry. I loved that this mascara didn’t dry out my lashes or flake.
As you can see from the picture, there is an obvious difference before wearing Clinique High Impact Extreme mascara and after. It gave me instant volume, darkened my lashes and made my eyes appear wider. It also lived up to its claims of lasting 12+ hours. While it began to get a little clumpy after 3 applications on my lashes (you can build the volume), I was still really happy overall with the look.
